Wiggins & Camp is located at 128 Newnan Street, Carrollton, GA 30117 right off Adamson Square in Downtown Carrollton. There is parking in the rear of the building as well as a large FREE parking deck across the street.

HISTORY & VISION

Wiggins & Camp, PC was originally founded in 1948 when William J. (Bill) Wiggins began the practice of law in the old People’s Bank building in Carrollton, Georgia. Daniel P. (Dan) Camp joined the firm in 1971 and James T. (Jim) Camp joined in 1998. 

Since the 1948 beginning until the present, Wiggins & Camp has had the privilege of representing a number of clients, including, but not limited to, the City of Carrollton, Carrollton Payroll Development Authority, Carrollton Redevelopment Authority, Bank of North Georgia (formerly CB&T, Bank of Carroll County and Carrollton State Bank), CertusBank, N.A., West Georgia National Bank (now Community & Southern Bank), the Carrollton Independent School District, and a number of other corporate and institutional clients. 

We have closed real estate loans and transactions for almost every lender in existence in the area. Wiggins & Camp has been an agent for First American Title Insurance Corporation and currently is an agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.

JAMES T. (JIM) CAMP


James T. (Jim) Camp has been practicing law in Carrollton since 1998 when he joined Wiggins & Camp, P.C. Jim graduated from Carrollton High School and received a B.S. in Public Administration with a minor in History from Samford University. Jim received his law degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. Jim has represented clients in the areas of Residential & Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate Litigation, Probate and Estates, Business Formation and many other civil law areas. Jim is also presently serving as a Carroll County Magistrate Judge.
